Landis Supermarket has deep roots in Pennsylvania's grocery industry. Founded in 1938 by Frank Landis on Main Street in Telford, Pa., the family business began as a small store emphasizing quality and customer care. Frank, along with his three sons, Dave, Don, and Paul, and his daughter, Eileen, built the business on the principles of providing customers with quality and freshness.
The company has grown steadily across three generations, with Dave Landis serving as second-generation chairman until his son Scott took over as third-generation chairman in 2012. Today, Landis operates five locations, including Perkasie, and employs over 650 people.

Landis Supermarkets has been partnering with Off The Wall for interior design, signs, and structural fixtures for over 30 years. Off The Wall designed, fabricated, and installed everything at this location in 2006. It recently partnered with Landis to modernize all signage, decor, and interior structural fixtures. It also specified floors and wall treatments.

Modernizing the soffits and dimensional decor, updating with 3-D lettering, and using complementary colors, make these departments easy to navigate and very pleasant to stroll through.

The entrance to Prepared Foods, in fact, the entire store, is beautifully enhanced with vinyl floors that look like wood.

In other departments, downplaying the soffits for a simpler more modern and open feeling proves to be more inviting and easier to navigate.

Throughout the store simpler and more modern fonts, dimensional lettering, and warm yet eye-catching colors replaced two-dimensional outdated signage.

Perhaps one of the more dramatic changes takes place in the structure over the checkout lanes and the customer service kiosk.

The Perkasie store at 543 Constitution Avenue continues the family's tradition of fresh products, scratch-baked goods, and community involvement that Frank established over 85 years ago.
