Off The Wall Partners with Giant and The Berenstain Bears

Off the Wall is proud to have partnered with GIANT Food Stores of Camp Hill, PA in the design, fabrication and installation of the store's Berenstain Bears Tree House.

The Tree House is a colorful and imaginative three-dimensional play area for children to experience while their parents grocery shop. Off The Wall designed and built the original play area to look like a kid's playhouse set within a tree.

The updated version of the Tree House, just unveiled on the 18th, adds the familiar Berenstain characters of Mama, Papa, Brother, Sister, and Honey Bear. Just as the previous playroom did, the new Treehouse encourages imaginative play in an environment that inspires healthy eating, physical fitness and good health practices. The space also includes a reading nook, an area for coloring, and free healthy fruit.

The tree trunk and branches were designed and sculpted at Off The Wall's Telford, PA studios and factory. Demolition of the existing Tree House took place over three nights, and then installation of the new Berenstain Tree House at Giant's Camp Hill store took four nights.

The Grand Opening last week was a hit. Mike Berenstain, second-generation author and illustrator of The Berenstain Bears series, attended the unveiling ceremony at the store and hosted two readings for local children in celebration of the grand opening. Children that attended the event received a free Berenstain Bears book.
