Off The Wall Company is proud to have just partnered with Luxottica in rolling out 30 complete Target Optical centers in less than 6 weeks. OTW fabricated all of the lightbox, metal, and wood fixtures

The project entailed close coordination between its design department, millwork and metal fabrication departments, two shipping departments, and two warehouses thirty miles apart. This all took place in conjunction with dozens of other projects Off the Wall is conducting with numerous clients that include Giant Foods, McCaffrey's, and BJs launching their brand for the first time west of Ohio.

These highly reliable products and services are competitively priced and all run smoothly with on-time delivery and punctual installation. OTW accomplishes this due in large part to a centralized computer system that reaches into every aspect of the company's endeavors.
With OTW's computerized Holzma panel saw the operator is able to communicate directly with receiving, inventory, sales, and accounting departments.
For the first thirty years of OTW's existence this was accomplished manually through intense attention to detail and Herculean effort.

But ten years ago the company realized that to continue to grow and to remain competitive its way of doing business would have to turn to a tracking, pricing, and invoicing system that no pair or trio of people at the top could possibly accomplish with pencil and paper. Off The Wall bought an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP)
ERP systems are a type of software that manage day-to-day business activities such as job estimates, material procurement, inventory, project management, timecards, payroll, and billing. A complete ERP suite also includes enterprise performance management, software that helps plan, budget, predict, and report on an organization’s financial results.

The system lives along side the email, website, and design software systems. It hums along 24 hours a day, seven days a week in a climate controlled room on the top floor of Off The Wall's Telford, PA headquarters and ties together all of their business, manufacturing, and installation processes enabling the flow of data throughout the entire plant and in the field.
Off The Wall's ERP is as indispensable as the electricity that keeps its factory going. It tracks the cost of every piece of material from the moment it is purchased, then through every step of the manufacturing process as it is handled from department to department.
It measures every hour down to the minute of the processes involved in the fabrication of the retail decor Off The Wall produces.
In the accounting department, information from the field is entered into the system tracking where signs and architectural structures made by the company are being installed and how long the jobs are taking. The same system informs Receivables when it comes time for billing.
Off The Wall is a 21st century company with 21st century solutions that make it one of the top design, build, and install companies in business today.
